I had a problem ordering their single use vapes, it was driving me mad so I have just called this company and the lady was absolutely fantastic and so helpful and took my order and payment and I am so grateful. Also everyone in my office is now on these vapes as the flavours are just amazing !

Sent me a faulty tank and coils leaked and ruined my mod tank also the clip on it was faulty didnt clip in place raised it with them sent them pictures countless emails. And refuse to do anything to resolve unless i return the tank and coils and refuse to rectify the fact this has leaked and ruined my mod which clearly had to all be disposed of i wouldnt buy from these if i was you. Making out no comapnies would rectify this issue without being returned what a load of rubbish. Any other company would be more than willing to help speaking with previous experience. I also advised i would be making a comllaint and leaving a review about my experience. I got a cocky reply saying they will reply/comment about it highlighting the facts? Involved haha dont bother. Much better companies out there for e cigs. Leave em with it. I will be claiming my money back and going to trading standards seeing as they cannot be bothered to help anf want to keep my money pfft. Cannot return the faulty items that also ruined my mod which were both disposed of can i lol? Instead of emailing me to resolve it u keep challenging me and leaving comments on here. Says it all really. Anyway i wont be removing anything its my experience with your company argue all day lony. Sold me trash and your not will to do anything about it.

Being quite new to vaping I was very unsure about getting a new one online but these guys were brilliant! I spent ages deciding what I wanted and found the write ups here perfect! Ordered on Friday morning and had my vape by lunchtime on Saturday with free delivery.
I love the options of different couriers as well. We have a lot of problems with Royal Mail so was really pleased I had the option of DPD without having to pay extra even though I would have quite happily paid for it! They kept me updated on where my order was and the time it was due to be delivered.
Absolutely love my Geekvape Aegis X Zeus everything I ordered was in the box as well as a free doozy liquid and a chocolate. The doozy liquid is lovely will defo be ordering more of that one!
I can’t comment on the customer service department as I haven’t had any issues so haven’t needed to contact them! I can’t believe how efficient this company has been. Ignore the bad reviews I would recommend this company highly and in future I will be getting everything I need from them!

I've used this website quite a few times, and products have all arrived quickly. There was one delivery that Royal Mail messed up, but the VapeUK customer service was very responsive and helped fix the situation quickly, which I'm grateful for

The bad reviews did put me off a bit but I’m glad i ignore it and still ordered from them.
Very quick delivery and what you see on the website is what you get. Also came with a complimentary chocolate. (Thank you VapeUk) Definitely will order from them again!

Awesome very quick delivery, also the website had clearer info than other sites, it helped me decide the correct coils I needed. The prices of the coils were a little bit more expensive, but considering I found the correct spec and info I needed I was happy to pay. I would be happy to use them again.

I received wrong items and got nearly 2 hours of questioning which felt more like an interrogation online about the items, sending pictures, looking in the bin etc... I won't be sending wrong items back as it's just a lot more hassle through this company and I just don't have time for it and probably still would be interrogated further after they received the items. Very Bad the way they treat customers. My advice is to find somewhere where they are customer friendly!! Very Bad Experience!! CANNOT RECOMMEND!!! Shame I have to give at least 1 star!!

Have been ordering juice and coils from this site for around 6 months now. Cannot fault the service always delivery in a speedy manor and dispatched same day! Cannot fault it

Bought a starter kit from Vape UK and one of the pods was faulty. Emailed customer support and they responded very quickly, and organised a replacement pod to be delivered to me within a day. Can't fault the service and would definitely be purchasing from them again.
